This page is aimed at describing the administrative procedures concerning the processing of personal data by CBF srl, registered office in Via Caboto 3, Montecchio Maggiore (VI), P.IVA 01873040248, as Controller (Art. 4 num. 7 REGULATION (EU) 2016/ 679).
This statement is produced pursuant to artt. 13 and 14 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR - for those who interact with CBF srl.
The information provided does not concern other online websites, pages or services that can be accessed via hyperlinks on the CBF website but relate to resources outside CBF’s domain.

In accordance with the art. 130 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Customers email addresses may be used to send advertising material on services or products similar to the ones the customer already bought. The customer, at any time, can opt out using the link or email provided to unsubscribe.
2. MINORS
CBF srl doesn’t intentionally use his internet site to request child’s personal data.
3. DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURES
The personal data shall be processed using computerized and data transmission systems, mainly by electronic and computerized means, as well as on paper in the case of certain specific operations.
Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
4. SUBJECTS WHO PROCESS DATA
The personal data collected as above are processed, for the above referred purposes by CBF staff, acting on specific instructions concerning purposes and arrangements of such processing, and by third parties who supply advisory/consultancy activities to the Controller, such as:
• Customers/supplier, if the communication is required for the carrying out of services (such as couries);
• Computer system Maintenance firms, web site maintenance firms;
• Organizations, consultants, professional firms (such as accountant, labor consultant, financial institutions, insurance companies, …);
• Public authorities subject to the limits laid down in laws, regulations, contracts;

5. DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS
The subjects to whom the personal data refer can assert their rights, deriving from articles from 15 to 21 of GDPR in the manner set out in art.12 of GDPR, and, consequently:
• Obtain access to the personal data, their rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or to object to processing, in addition to data portability
• withdraw consent, if based on art. 6, par. 1, let. a) of GDPR, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. COOKIE POLICY
No personal user data is acquired from the site.
The site do not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor for transmission or processing of personal information.
The use of session cookies is strictly limited to the sending of session identifiers (made up of numbers randomly generated by the server) which are necessary in order to allow safe and efficient exploration of the website and its applications and to detect unique users for statistical surveys.
